Nutritional Consultations

Studies show that people looking to improve their health achieve significantly greater results when using a personal nutritionist. An effective personal nutritionist will act as a caring guide to educate and support your health goals. This starts with eating the right foods!

Without the right food, supplements and exercise will not be as effective. Skye encourages her clients to follow the Blood Type Diet Program, written by Dr. Peter J.D’ Adamo. Excerpt from the book…”if you’ve suspected that not everyone should eat the same thing or do the same exercise, your right. In fact, what foods we absorb well and how our bodies handle stress differ with each blood type.” If you are not sure what your blood type is, Skye is able to test the correct Blood Type Diet for you.

The Earth to Skye program offers the following:

First Visit Consultation

Skye follows up your progress with regular retests to monitor your improvements and body changes. As your body changes your program will change. Retests are recommended every 2-3 months. Your body heals in stages, once it has healed one aspect it will eagerly want to go on to the next. The more time you spend on this program the better you will feel. With all the chemicals and environmental toxins around us everyday it is important to keep your immune system strong.

Restaurant Survival 101

While you are new to your daily program, Skye does not recommend eating out in restaurants. Most restaurants are motivated by profit and not by what they are serving. Save hundreds of dollars annually eating and entertaining at home!

If you know you are going to be out for the day–pack a cooler with lunch as well a natural blood sugar stabilizer, such as licorice root.  If you are traveling and need to eat in a restaurant, ask questions about where the food comes from? Is it organic?  The waiter may give you an annoying look but you’ll be rest assured that you won’t be paying for it later when you get home with a bellyache!

Ongoing Motivation and Support

Skye provides ongoing motivation, inspiration, and support. Between visits, you are invited to phone or email with questions, progress results, if you need encouragement, or a referral to complimentary alternative and medical healing professionals.

Skye,
I’m very intrigued by your techniques and would like to know more. Here are a few questions I have:
I’d be interested to learn what strategy you employ to test the saliva samples you collect–is this strategy as effective as muscle testing, or must you perform the two in conjunction? Also, I have a muscle tic in my left eye, do you think this could be due to my pH levels, or do you suppose I might need a cleanse? Would your analysis of my saliva give you sufficient information to provide an answer to this question, or should I arrange for a consultation?

J. Silver,
I am getting to know my website and how to navigate around, sorry for the delayed response. Usually eye tics are due to the body’s inability to break down proteins. I would be happy to test your Blood Type and what foods are good for your body.
I test the Saliva Samples with muscle testing. Everything is energy. A drop of blood if the same as a drop of saliva.
Are you located in Hawaii?
Please email me back with any other questions.
Thank you for your interest and I look forward to healing with you soon.
